Prehistoric Dinosaurs →Prompt
(The hunt, before it happens:1.3) a young dinosaur hatched in the nest — following a river down — in a jungle canopy with light shafts, cycads with stiff waxy leaves sheltering the approach. ash falling like dirty snow tense; raw and unhurried about to change. (Low camera through cover, the predator reading the ground, dust suspended). a 70mm at f/5.6 for the animal, the titan cropped by the frame's edge. BREAK a dragonfly frozen in the close plane of hiding vegetation; wet clay shining in the light, basalt shards scattered holding prints; dragonflies over the shallows, a lizard basking on a warm stone, a fish schooling in the shallows gone suddenly quiet. a pterosaur colony in the distance the open ground between them. a carcass picked to a rack of ribs, a nest of trampled vegetation, a stone swallowed for digestion, a resin bead on bark BREAK a wet beak catching light, sun on wet scales, light through a translucent membrane on wet teeth. (dinosaur hunt, tension, cinematic paleoart:1.2) fern green, mud brown and volcanic grey, firelight from a distant flow.
